- Engagement fees are separate from tokens - tokens always run at the same rate.
- Explore is platform-led: no setup, no implementation, no consulting commitment.
- The Explore fee is credited into a Start engagement begun within 60 days.
- One-time fees are billed 50% upfront, 50% on go-live; monthly fees start at go-live.
- Monthly engagement fees need an active token balance; 30 days notice to cancel.
- Scope is fixed per rung - anything outside it is quoted as an add-on first.

- Which 20X consulting package should I choose?
- Choose by how far you want us to take it. Explore (₹4,999) is self-guided on the platform and tells you where AI could create value - no setup, no implementation, no commitment. Start (₹25,000 + ₹9,999/month) is where our team gets involved: detailed assessment, process workshops, opportunity validation and your first workflow configured. Transform (₹75,000 + ₹24,999/month) is real implementation - workflows, agents, automation, integrations and process redesign. Scale (from ₹1,50,000 + ₹49,999/month) takes it organisation-wide with governance and analytics.
- Do I have to buy consulting to use 20X?
- No. 20X is self-serve: you can build, test and launch an agent on prepaid tokens without ever speaking to us. Consulting is a shortcut, not a gate - it exists for teams who want the roadmap, the build and the training done with them rather than by them.
- Can I start small and upgrade later?
- Yes. The rungs are cumulative along the same method - Discover, Blueprint, Build, Deploy, Operate - so a later engagement picks up exactly where the previous one stopped. If you move up within 60 days, the one-time fee you already paid is credited against the larger engagement, including the ₹4,999 Explore fee.
- What is the difference between consulting fees and tokens?
- Consulting fees pay for people: discovery, design, building, testing and training, quoted as a fixed one-time fee (or monthly for the managed pod). Tokens pay for the platform running your agents, at 1 token = ₹3, charged per minute of conversation. The two are billed separately so you always see what the work cost and what the running cost is.

- How long does a consulting engagement take?
- Explore is a single session, same day. Start runs two to four weeks to your first live workflow, then continues monthly. Transform typically takes six to ten weeks depending on integrations and telephony, then continues monthly. Scale runs as a quarterly programme.
- What do I need to provide?
- One decision-maker, access to the systems the agent must touch (CRM, calendar, order or ticketing system), your policy and product documents for the knowledge base, and a named operations person for testing and sign-off. Everything else - prompt design, flows, integrations, QA - is on us.
- What do I own at the end?
- Everything we build inside your workspace: the agents, prompts, flows, knowledge base, integrations and all conversation data, plus the written artefacts from the engagement. There is no lock-in period on consulting, and cancelling a retainer does not disable anything already live.
- Do you work with our existing tools and phone numbers?
- Yes. Agents connect to your CRM, calendar, helpdesk, order system and messaging channels through native integrations, webhooks or API. Existing numbers can be ported or SIP-connected, and we test each integration in a staging flow before any live traffic reaches it.

- How much does AI consulting cost with 20X?
- Engagements are fixed-fee, not hourly: Explore is a single one-time fee, and Start, Transform and Scale each combine a one-time fee with a monthly retainer. Every fee is shown in INR and USD on this page, quoted before work starts, and no add-on is billed without being scoped and agreed first.
- How is an engagement invoiced?
- Fixed-fee engagements are invoiced 50% on kickoff and 50% on delivery. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Tokens are bought separately and are never bundled into the consulting fee.
- How quickly does an engagement pay back?
- The impact calculator on this page estimates payback from your own volumes: it compares the tokens an agent would consume against the fully loaded cost of the same human hours. For most support and lead-qualification workloads the modelled payback lands within a few months, but treat it as a model based on your inputs, not a guarantee.
- What happens after the engagement ends?
- You keep running the agents yourself with the runbook and training we hand over, and you stay on prepaid tokens. If something changes - a new channel, a new campaign, seasonal volume - you can book a single add-on or move onto the managed retainer without rebuilding anything.
