Shipping & Delivery Policy

20X is a digital software-as-a-service platform. No physical goods are shipped.

This page is maintained by Setoo Solutions Pvt Ltd (the operator of 20X) to answer common privacy, data-protection, and AI-governance questions about the 20X platform. It describes current practices and is not a certification, legal opinion, or contractual guarantee. For binding terms, refer to the applicable customer agreement or contact privacy@20x.business.

Digital delivery

Access to the 20X platform is provisioned electronically. Upon successful signup or payment, your workspace is created and login access is granted immediately, typically within a few seconds and no later than 24 hours.

How you receive the service

You access 20X through your web browser at your workspace URL. A confirmation email with login instructions is sent to the email address you provided at signup. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support@20x.business.

Physical shipments

20X does not ship any physical products. No shipping charges, customs duties, or delivery timelines for physical goods apply.

Delays or delivery issues

If you have paid but cannot access your workspace, email support@20x.business with your order/invoice reference. We aim to resolve access issues within 1 business day.
